10 Reasons to Eat Dark Chocolate

I just ate delicious, but how good is it for my health? Many researchers have looked at chocolate for this expectation. Take dark chocolate daily to keep your doctor away. Dark chocolate also contains 100% dark dark chocolate based on its content. Milk chocolate, which is good to eat, is said to have adverse health effects because it is added a lot of sugars.

1. Rich in nutrients.

Dark chocolate is rich in essential vitamins and minerals in the body. It contains high concentrations of magnesium, iron, potassium and copper. Magnesium prevents hypertension, type 2 diabetes and other heart diseases, and iron prevents anemia.

potassium & copper both are good for preventing stroke and cardiovascular disease. Dark chocolate contains at least 70% cocoa and contains fiber, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and selenium, and it can ingest all the minerals you need every day.

02. Improve blood circulation and blood pressure.

An important benefit of dark chocolate is good for the heart and blood because it improves blood flow and lowers blood pressure. Dark chocolate contains a compound called flavanol. This stimulates the inside of the artery to produce a gas called nitrogen oxides. This gas can send a signal to the blood vessels to relieve tension, lower blood flow resistance and help lower blood pressure. Lower blood flow reduces the risk of thrombus formation and prevents arteriosclerosis.

03. Good for insulin resistance.
Another benefit of Dark Chocolate is that it is a good choice for people with diabetes because of the low blood sugar index. If you eat dark chocolate, your blood sugar levels do not rise. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, a vegetable pigment. Flavonoids are usually removed from chocolate because of its bitter taste, which helps cells function normally and re-trains the body to use insulin effectively, reducing insulin resistance.

04.  Lower bad cholesterol levels.
Researchers have found that eating dark chocolate regularly lowers LDL cholesterol. It's "bad" cholesterol, and it's dangerous to oxidize. LDL cholesterol can stimulate the arteries and increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. Dark chocolate also contains a powerful antioxidant that prevents oxidation damage. It is also known to increase HDL, a good cholesterol.

05. Skin health improvement
Dark chocolate is good for skin health. Dark chocolate flavonoids increase skin density and moisture and improve skin's blood flow. Flavonoids provide skin protection from sun damage and prevent redness of burns, but not enough to replace sunscreen.

06. Tooth care
Dark chocolate contains theobromine, which removes bacteria and hardens enamel teeth. If you practice well for dental hygiene, dark chocolate lowers the risk of cavities.

07. Cough Remedies
Theobromine, contained in dark chocolates, is a weak stimulant and plays an ideal role in suppressing cough. This compound blocks cough reflexes by blocking sensory nerves from activity. Unlike codeine, which is the active ingredient in most cough syrups, dark chocolate does not cause drowsiness.

08. Anti-aging and anti-cancer
Dark chocolate contains antioxidants that fight the body's toxins and radicals that cause damage to skin cells and can keep you young. Antioxidants not only slow down the aging process, but also can remove certain cancer cells. Flavonols and polyphenols in dark chocolate are antioxidants that help to slow the growth of cancer cells. Naturally occurring pentamers in cacao can inactivate proteins that cause cancer cells to continue to divide.

09. Diversion
It is well known that chocolate is a food people eat when you are in a good mood. The reason is that chocolate stimulates endorphins and serotonin production in the body, which leads to joy and happiness. Dark chocolate is filled with the same ingredients as phenylethylamine, which is produced in the brain when we fall in love.

10. Stress relief
Dark chocolate seems to be a miracle dish because it can be used to lower the risk of heart disease caused by stress. Dark chocolate helps cope with stressful situations and is less affected by stress. Researchers have found that people who eat dark chocolate regularly have low levels of circulating stress hormones, cortisol and epinephrine, in the blood.

Eight things to do a day

If you are still tired after 8 hours a day and feel that your mind and body are distressing, you should take the time to look at it. Sometimes stress can be the cause, but fatigue can be quite different when you wake up in the morning.

01.  It is not constant every day.

Our lives have cycles where sleep and daily rhythms repeat. So it is ideal to go to bed at the same time every night. Repeated rhythms can cause drowsiness and fatigue.

02.  Sleeping on the weekend

If you sleep 5 to 6 hours during the week and sleep on the weekend, you may break your body's biological rhythm and cause sleep disturbances. It also increases the risk of developing obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Do not change the time you spend more than an hour.

03. Stand behind the alarm
Turning off the alarm and back 15 minutes is not any help. When you fall asleep you fall into deep sleep stages and you may get tired when you get up. Set up alarms at the same time each morning and train your willingness to get up.

04. There is too much light in the room.

It inhibits the production of melatonin, a hormone that induces sleep in the body when the eyes touch any form of light. This includes both the luminescence of TV buttons and smartphones, natural and artificial lighting. We recommend that you completely turn off all electronic devices in your bedroom.

05. Skip breakfast

The breakfast will allow the biological clock to count down until the next break. After too much time between getting up and eating, the body's stress hormone (cortisol) levels increase.

06. I eat hard, sweet food before I go to bed.
Do not eat as much as you can before you fall asleep. Especially foods with high blood sugar levels increase cortisol in the body. Its effect remains for 5 hours, so give up pizza, cakes, potatoes and replace them with lighter foods 5 hours before sleep.

07.  Untidy Dragonfly
When the bed is full of things, we remind us of things we could not finish all day. On the other hand, a clean room and a fresh and fragrant scented bed will stimulate sleep early. It is recommended to organize so that you can take a good night's sleep.

08. Hot shower or bath just before falling asleep
If you soak your body in a warm bath, you can relax and fall asleep, but it is not good to use it immediately before bedtime. Body temperature is one of the signals the body sends us. A hot shower or bath before bedtime interrupts this signal. You should shower 1: 30 ~ 2 hours before bedtime.
